At MozzieFREE, we care about your satisfaction with any products that you have purchased from us.
If you are having problems with your unit, please contact us. Please refer to the warranty form enclosed with your unit/s.

• You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
  
  

• All returns must be in the original packaging and must be packaged properly, failure to do so may result in damage to the product. We are not responsible for any damage that resulted in transporting the product.
  
  

• Manufacturer Limited Warranty
  
  The Manufacturer of this product warrants that the Products sold hereunder will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase with proof of purchase.
  If you experience any problems with your product within the first year of owning it, please notify us in writing stating the problem.

  Once we have received notification, we will notify you with the proper procedure for the return.
  
  All returned items will be inspected and tested for defects in material and workmanship. If upon completion of inspection we feel that this product was indeed faulty or that the manufacturer is responsible we will ship you a replacement product free of charge.
  However, if we feel that the damage stated was caused by improper use or handling of the product, as well as improper installation of the product this warranty becomes null and void. We are not responsible for any components that are used with this product if they are not manufactured by us nor are we responsible if this product has been modified or tampered with in any way.
  
  Note:  Please retain your receipt or invoice to show proof of purchase or commencement of service contract in the event that you need to make a claim on the warranty.
